Bryan K. O'Rourke, MBA
Founder & Principal
Bryan K. O’Rourke founded Integerus in 2007 and brings more than twenty-five years of experience spanning global technology development, business transformation, and strategic leadership. He is widely recognized for his work at the intersection of digital innovation, operational modernization, and the fitness, wellness, and active lifestyle industries.
Throughout his career, Bryan has advised organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia on growth strategy, operating model design, and the integration of emerging technologies. His experience includes senior executive leadership roles across technology, hospitality, franchising, and consumer brands, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of a regional coffee chain, Chief Executive Officer of a global nutritional beverage company, and Chief Financial Officer of Al Copeland Investments.
In addition to his advisory work, Bryan serves as President of the Fitness Industry Technology Council, where he contributes thought leadership on the future of fitness technology, digital transformation, and consumer engagement. He is also a Principal and Chief Strategy Officer at Fitmarc, the South Central U.S. distributor for Les Mills International.
Bryan holds an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of New Orleans. He was awarded the Crescent City Scholarship for doctoral studies in Financial Economics.
Robert J. Dyer
Principal & Co-Founder
Robert Dyer is a veteran operator and advisor with more than twenty years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. His background spans health club operations, business development, franchise expansion, and strategic growth across a wide range of club formats.
Early in his career, Robert co-founded Fit For Life Centers in Fort Worth, Texas, which grew into a respected regional brand before being acquired in 2007. He later founded Fitness Marketing Systems, becoming the exclusive distributor for Les Mills group fitness programming across a twelve-state region and driving sustained revenue growth through disciplined execution and market expansion.
Robert has advised operators, suppliers, and industry leaders across the United States on operational excellence, customer experience, business expansion, and programming strategy. His expertise in club management, franchise development, and technology adoption has made him a trusted advisor to organizations seeking scalable and sustainable growth.
In addition to his professional work, Robert has served on industry boards and supported numerous charitable organizations, bringing a values-driven approach to leadership and long-term partnership.
