Bryan K. O'Rourke, MBA
With over twenty-five years experience in technology development and innovation and nearly a decade of involvement in the fitness industry, Bryan serves as a principal and co-founder of Integerus, LLC. He is a knowledgeable and seasoned expert, advisor, executive and presenter. He has contributed to for profit and not for profit organizations in an array of industries including fitness, food and beverage, hospitality, franchising, and information technology, among others. His work experience is international, as Bryan has managed projects in Asia, the EU, and the Americas.
Bryan has served in a variety of senior executive positions including as the Chief Executive of a large global nutritional beverage company, CEO of a leading regional coffee roasting and café chain and CFO of Al Copeland Investments owner of the Popeye’s restaurant chain. In 1993 Bryan founded BKO Consulting Group. More recently he has focused on the fitness and wellness industries working with companies such as Les Mills International and Fitness Marketing Systems. This year with fitness industry veteran Robert Dyer, Bryan launched the firm Integerus, which has recently secured technology patents with application in the fitness industry. Bryan is presently concluding his first book that addresses the impact of technological advancements on fitness and wellness.
Bryan is the recipient of the Crescent City Scholarship for his pursuit of a doctorate in Financial Economics at the University of New Orleans. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of New Orleans.

Robert Dyer
Robert has over twenty years experience in the fitness industry. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Powerlifter and fitness veteran he enjoys relationships with some of the most respected fitness professionals throughout the industry. Robert is a principal and co-founder of Integerus and an expert in the operation and development of a variety of health club business models. He has owned and managed a chain of fitness facilities including women’s only, small studio and large multi-purpose formats. Robert and his wife, Pinky, opened Fit For Life Centers in 1991 in the Fort Worth, Texas area, which they developed and ultimately sold in 2007. He has provided professional consulting services to club owners and managers across the U.S.
In 2006 Robert formed Fitness Marketing Systems, LLC and acquired the South Central U.S. territory from Les Mills, becoming an exclusive distriubtor for Les Mills group fitness systems in a twelve state U.S. region. As the Chief Executive for Fitness Marketing Systems, Robert has significantly grown revenues and has been the leader in the sale of Les Mills group fitness programs in the U.S.
Robert is a former THRSA board member and has served as a consultant for owners in the health club industry. He is heavily involved with many charitable organizations including Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure among others. Robert has a passion for fitness and is ‘bull-ish’ about providing unbeatable customer service.
